The FrameChannel certification program
FrameChannel is a web services platform for the selection, programming and intelligent delivery of personalized content to wireless photo frames and other information appliances. FrameChannel can be customized, co-branded and integrated with a variety of devices through its integration guide which is built on the Media RSS standard. The FrameChannel Integration Guide also provides extensions to the Media RSS specification to enable enhanced user experiences and unique capabilities.
We offer three levels of certification.
Who we work with
Semiconductor companies
We work with a variety of semiconductor companies that design chipsets and associated software for wireless photo frames and other connected devices. FrameChannel certification will enhance your reference designs and allow you to demonstrate advanced capabilities to your partners.
ODMs
ODMs who manufacture digital photo frames can dramatically enhance the functionality of their reference designs and demonstrate unique features to partners by integrating with FrameChannel. We welcome discussions with ODMs who offer products in the digital photo frame space.
OEMs/Brands
We welcome discussions with brands that are bringing wireless photo frames and other information appliances to market. Our FrameChannel platform will improve the end user experience and help you differentiate your product in the marketplace. A FrameChannel integration will enable your products to work immediately with the most popular photo sharing sites and social networks, offer a library of unique and interesting content to augment your user’s personal photos and offer a revenue stream rather than a cost center for the management of content to your products.
